Your rather curt and impatient comment made me chuckle for a good few hours earlier Jane. Not sure it was intended to be funny, but it really tickled me, haha.
Luckily I read it before I started the video, so I lowered my volume and avoiding the ‘blast’. I then listened to his home made song. Then some other topics, etc….it did go on a bit before we even mentioned bicarbonate of soda lol, but I had it on to help me focus on something while I tried to get back to sleep. It worked! I did out if courtesy rewind and listened to the rest. I like The Health Ranger’s stuff, despite all the waffle etc lol.
I am glad it made you laugh! Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the baking soda part, I skipped to reading the recipe. I love falling asleep to Robert Soho's substack, his voice is soothing and he never blasts music.
The blasting music intro is really off putting and then theres too much talking, good info but please just cut to the chase...I just can't endure it.
