Not quite Gonzalo; I dare you to walk through an airport in Singapore with a Kilo of Heroin! You will get executed ASAP! My ex-business partner is from Singapore, and he remembers when a young mother from Australia was carrying her baby through the airport and tried to smuggle a kilo of heroin through the airport. She was executed a week later. Problem solved! We are at war with the Cartels, and with war comes a fight. Cartels would think twice about being executed if they came to the United States smuggling drugs.

A death penalty should end with "death", not hanging around for another 30 years in jail, and then released for "good behavior".

have you noticed that not one TV show has people drinking milk shakes and lemonade? The legal alcohol drug takes a terrible toll on people and is supported and promoted thoroughly. I do not wish to see any prohibition extended to anything but since we have a tobacco and alcohol distribution department in the US we could add on anything presently prohibited that is creating the vacuum that the cartels make their profits from

What I choose to put into my body seems to me a basic right. Availability of substances through regulated sources seems more efficient than creating an illegal venue to fight. Most border crashers only want to do jobs that the majority of people in the US do not want to do. If the US recognized this resource, it could have an agency to grant visas to do work that supports farms and manages identity of those in our borders temporarily.
