I told my mom a few years back to cash out her 401k and use it to eliminate debt. She did, and I'm so glad she took action! Id rather take a small "penalty" rather than lose it all were I to have even one stock. I have zero stock investments. I invest in food/land/education/physical silver/fuel/seeds/livestock/crypto/used solar equipment to build battery banks/and lead. This is what works for me.
