Calif was dumping bunker fuel, very toxic, into the Pacific for years. Salmon numbers in Oregon have steadily declined. I owned a commercial dock for commercial salmon fishermen. Once a few years ago an Oregon Dept of Fish & Wildlife worker told the fishermen there wasnt enough food out in the ocean for the salmon. Bingo. The fishermen didnt understand that but I did. Its purposeful sabotage.
